Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, visit and assess your site, design and quote your project, carry out the work, invoice you and look after the build afterwards. We also use it to meet our legal obligations as a licensed builder, for example under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act.

Who we share it with

Only the people needed to do your job: our crew and the contractors we work with, our suppliers (for ordering your kit), engineers and certifiers, and the council or private certifier handling your approval. We use trusted service providers to run the business, including our website host, email, quoting, job management and accounting software. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How we keep it safe

Your information is stored in password-protected systems and shared only with the people above. We keep job records for as long as the law and our warranty obligations require, then delete them.

The website uses cookies and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to understand how people use the site. These do not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser.
